Now-a-days students don't depend only on teachers for learning, that is why the role of a teacher becomes much wider and like that of a guide and supervisor.Teachers must be capable and easily available - free from unnecessary workload of other agencies. Students should be consulted regarding academic administration.Teaching should be effective so that students may try to attend each & every class arranged for them. Students must be continuously engaged,encouraged and guided for better results
