Rural India is the one who needs most inputs in terms of knowledge, motivation, ease of approach to basic facilities, education, etc. E services should be created and young entrepreneurs should be encouraged to take up this task in a sustainable manner. it can be partly subsidized but investment in resources and efforts from the individual running the center in the village is a principal and policy to be followed diligently.

1) good computer education in schools of rural india. 2) Operationalise jan dhan accounts. For eg all govt schemes must be routed through only banks.I know many people who blatantly abuse government order and pay in cash to earn black money. Mr Modi either this is stopped or you will be villified for failure of jan dhan yojana. 3) Open ATMs at cluster of 5 villages.

Students of rural areas taking computer as a subject and they thought which is not so important. on the other side schools in rural areas don have facility to provide them proper knowledge of computer. If we want to aware them about computer and importance of it we have arrange facility in terms of good teachers, good equipment. We have to aware them about technology after that we can thought that they can be a part of digital india. Digitalizing is not only about using mobile app only.

traffic in india is rampant.you cannot control it by increasing no. of traffic police.minor offences can be dealt by whatsapp of eyewitnesses viz.fancy no plates,3 passenger on bike, bad fitness, breaking a signal, over speeding, noicy horns, drunk drivers ,overloaded buses ,number less vehicle etc.the group can be admin by traffic hawaldar of the area whose office will monitor it 24x7 on computer and issue fines or court notices to the owner of the vehicle with photos of the number plate & deed

An important part of created a trusted e-services platform is the use of disciplined nomenclature in naming of government websites and email addresses. Right now there is no uniformity in this regard, for example many government websites right now end with nic.in some with gov.in and for state government websites its sometimes like mptransport.org and sometimes mp.gov.in. Many times the given email address do not work like support@mponline.gov.in and many times gmail-emails are used.
