Aadarniya Modiji,I'm experiencing difficulty in setting up.I basically didn't understand from where to start. My intention is to create more job opportunity but since I'm unaware of how to setup company, how to start, where to start, who can guide, from where to seek help from, whether setting up a company is good idea or not. All this question I'm unable to find answer. I'm also unable to understand why this dual employment is not possible and company restrict us from doing that even when needed also

8.There should be "CTPM REGISTRY" maintained by the Sarpanch. This should be entried every week (printed in CTPM, just like passbook entries). It should be checked out and "READ out" every 26th Jan(Compulsory meeting day of gram sabha) in panchayat. 9.CTPMs should be smaller like "DESKTOP COMPUTERS" and not like real ATMs. Above- "HIGH LEVEL" only. This should be put to debates and "R&D".There are many e-services. CTPM is the enabler to integrate them!!! It is also an "ADVERTISMENT" by itself!

Cont....... (of my previous comment) 3. We can employ one learned youth in the CTPM (responsible and min. qualified to just operate the machine). 4. These machines should function only on weekends. (So the real value of it is maintained) 5. Simplified questions should be there for people to express their real problems. 6. Internet of things can be tested with the CTPMs. 7. Time bound "Citizen Charters" should be mandatory in the CTPMs. cont..........

Problem:The issues which we think are existing in Rural India "might NOT" be the real issues which the rural population face. Answer: So, the inputs regarding the existing issues should be got from the rural people themselves. Efforts should be made to make the "REAL CONNECT" happen with the rural population. This can be through e-services. solutions:1.Like ATMs, we can have CTPM [Connect to people] Machines. 2.At the beginning, there can be one CTPM for each of Five villages. 3.cont.....

Is there any way to create Open-Source style (github) project for e-services so computer programmers from around the world can contribute to getting programming tasks done. I am a computer programmer and would like to contribute and help with any programming tasks for free. I believe there are many PIOs who will be happy to contribute code/testing to Digital India.

dear sir, under this column i highlight some basic problem of e-services to rural india. state governments are running CSC in rural area but the problem their are not giving reasonable commission and this is the main cause of low level corruption. they are taking more money for villager for e-services if their(CSC) commission is reasonable then this is easy to remove corruption at that level and it will make better e-services in rural area because they are backbone for e-services in rural india.

Regarding the farmers, the only solution is identifying every farmer and give them a Unique ALl India ID. We have done this JanDHan yojna and identified 14 crore accounts in few months. We can create a web portal for all the farmers just like a vehicle number plates and identify all of them - link their bank a/c's . BJP says it has 10 crores party members, even if one person helps 3-4 farmers. it can be done in just one month. we can also use the missed call system which is tested 4 membership .

Our ISRO & Met Deptt is very good. Why cannot they give district wise weather predictions. It will help farmers plan their sowing, irrigation, harvesting, and threshing etc. Atleast 15 days in advance.
