There is a very much problem of change rs 1,2 while buying a ticket from ticket window so ticket total amount should be in rs. 5 multiplication.

If I get an online reservation ticket and my PNR no. is not confirmed till the issue of the train chart, in that case my ticket gets cancelled automatically. It is not a good system. Plz improve this system. Online reservation waiting tickets should be valid for the passengers. At present it is not like that. A passenger has to go to the railway station to get the window ticket. It is one of the reason of crowd gathering at the reservation counter

Let there be atleast one Ticket Collector for every two coaches on passenger trains and general coaches of other trains, buses have one conductor for 60 (that is when fully loaded). Revenue loss has to be mitigated at any cost.

Only 2 platform ticket with a passenger should be allowed at departure platform as well as on arrival platform. Platform tickets can be given with IRCTC ticket booking online and window booking on stations. All the platform ticket should be connected with passenger's PNR number and no more people should be allowed with him. This will help reduce the number of people visits railway station every day.

A unique Id card information should be asked while reservation and there should a limit of 2-3 reservations per day for that. This might end the dalaal system and make the ticketing system better.

While traveling in train 12610 on 27Jan 2015 I {PNR 4204402266 and another 4204402266 were allotted 39 and 37 respectively in C2 both marked as WS. Will the computer commit such errors?
