Mr. Prime Minister, will you please deal with the issue of heavy corruption in the system of purchasing tickets? In Mumbai like other cities, the middlemen or the agents purchase bulk tickets and make lot of money. We Biharis and other North Indians suffer a lot. I am sure it happens everywhere. need manual call centre instead of messaging system. people want to contact directly to someone who can help. arrange an extension to directly contact any represntative

While travelling at night we cannot trace the location of the train, this is due to the sign boards on each station is written but there is no light on it. I think wherever the name of the station is written there should be big glow sign so that passengers can see it in night also. Secondly, there should be small monitor in each compartment to show the current location of the train.

System to be upgraded to release tickets under emergency quota only for the tickets booked before 24 hrs from date of journey and also cost of such tickets may be higher than premium tatkal tickets

instead using calling system ,we can use messaging system. introduce more enquiry numbers for enquiry system and advertise it in media then only the citizens of india will know that there is a enquiry system

i have an idea to make it more better by starting a system like "pre booking open,order and payment system". i am explaining this here by exaple : i need to book ticket of dated 14/06/2015 as on dated 14/02/2015 but as per railway rules i cant book ticket above 60 days.i expect that rule and want to leave a pre-order to railway for book my ticket automaticly as ticket for That date opened.

Apart from travelling by Railway, thwre are no. of corruptions in Railway.Like today i went to Faizabad parcel office to book my bike.But the present officer in parcel office refused to book because today is sunday.But as my knowledge there is no such restriction.They also demanded indirectly Rs.700 from me to load my vike into train as his staff is no more & there is an old staff to load.

Sir; Railway must have toll free no. With 500 lines to make railway more appreciable. It increase so many new passenger for railway
