The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable.

vadodara is very Cosmopolitan City with very much educated and Matured people. it is know mostly for its peacefulness and Small area of City.
I would say vadodara should be totally a Green City ad Only Battery operated vehicles should run on the Roads.
There should be very fine steps taken for Noise Pollution,Dirt and Air pollution.

control population for maintenance of its environment. make city well for tourism govt have to open their own hotels for tourist. govt have to make city well arranged . make city clean and traffic free. maintenance water areas. increase automation of police activates by making online police complaint registration . make automation for car parking security .
