2. Redevelopment - Replacement of the existing built-up of 50 Acres
3. Greenfield - Innovative planning, financing and implementation tools on vacant land of 250 Acres

great city and tourist place, city need cleanliness, reducing pollution,hospitals, drainage,education institutes and big roads.

My Ideas: 1. Make the Plan and actions visible 3. Cleanliness is foremost. 4. Authorities to move around areas once in a week to see that all dirt is claned 5. Invite for any dirt dump/garbage dump around city thru mobile pictures . Revolutionise it 6. All traffic signs to be clearly visible. 7. Parking problem to be solved like in Mumbai 8 Dust is equally to be controlled .Kachha road to be done up If the Project is so ambitious , efforts to be herculean

First and formost accoutability to be fixed. current political class should be more resposible. The crime has to go down and police and local administration should be independent of land mafia .
