The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

@PMOIndia, @narendramodi, Sir to control black money and corruption from India you are requested to implement use of unique id only through PMO to all Indians/business/pvt/govt sectors & link it with each cash/bank transaction, purchase of land/building/vehicles/diamond/gold/ any property, shares, driving licence/vehicle registration/education/medical treatment by doctors/railway/air/bus tickets/hotel booking/collection of all taxes etc ie in all our day to day work.

I have found many instances around me these days which show that India is changing for better. Now,people are though, slowly but, becoming concern for the cleanliness of their surrounding. People now have started caring for the society. Now, a significant amount of talk is based on the social issues. People are caring for environment for a green and pollution-free tomorrow. These are signs that India is changing and, all because of our great leader, our PM Modi. Thank you sir. Jai Hind...

Sir, School Edn System in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh is totally to be re-organized. Due to lack of Common Service Rules, Thousands of posts of Inspecting Authorities are vacant since a a decade,which results for the failure of the Edn.System.So Pls concentrate on this issue .

With Regards to our PM, I'm marine officer by profession (Master Mariner). Had opportunity to work with different nationalities. To focus, will come straight to point: A japanese Ch eng...top eng....counts all spare items himself...even pencil, pens, erasurs etc... My point is culture of respecting what we have and accountability of all persons even at highest position. 1. Oct'14 - there was a big bomb blast in burdwan in a terrorist hideout. We all know that Trinamool congress gov at west bengal supports terrorists for muslim votes but my point is where is the the accountability of central investigations agency. Sir, we know it can solved only it needs your attention. Kindly look into this matter asap. Unless we develop a culture of accountability thngs will not change. Regards, Suman

contd.... In my college even a senior person is not disturbed while we three junior HODs are given extra charge. In such situations how we can concentrate to work for Surajya in our field even. Sir I know even this is not the right place for this post but since i am very upset so I am writing it here.

R/sir, I m very sorry for being out for some days but during these days I was very puzzled due to my undue transfer. I have been transferred against the post of principal without any promotion. We will do this extra work without extra wages. Even at the time of DPC we will be thrown back as HOD and senior people will be promoted as principal from back date and they will get the salary of work which we will do.This is totally injustified. contd.......
