Manufacturing industries' 80% skill requirements are industry specific & can be best developed by them with 2-3 years in-house training of local children of 8th or max 10th level education. Most minor skill development do not require any formal qualification, preliminary knowledge of language, maths & science is enough. Examples-paper,cement,auto parts, mining, plastics, assembly of mobiles/electronic parts. Train & employ local youth.May cover it in CSR.Skilled youth is strength-Unski
