It is the habit of all Ministers of our country since Independence to ignore general people .The Ministers of India only reach to general people when they need to expand their vote bank .This is equally true for all parties of India .When our politicians change their such anti-people mindset ?????????????????????

siklls to be notified in various ways, As mentioned earlier for handloom sales improvement, government should give redeemable vouchers to all the govt employees as per their eligibility to redeem only at those locations without exchanging for cash. So that sale will increase and also people would be used for such garments.

Past experience in coal mining and other metals requires deep study for utilizing the minerals. This is an area where both Govt and private sector have to jointly work together. The Govt,s role should be by way of Regulator to contain the avarice of the private sector. Similarly In auctioning care should be taken to see that the process is not vitiated by cartelization. At the same time, the govt. officials should not play into the hands of private players. I have seen this during IMFL auction.

Continuing from ealier post ... This will ensure cultivativation of curosity and desire to explore amongst young Indian and will result into clarity of what they want to achieve in life at early stages. This will drive to develop skill of their interest when they are more able to learn and develop instead of passing out of college and realizing that they are inadequately equipped to pursue their dreams. Experiential learning is the best way forward to build New India.

Needless to say that you need huge amount of commitment from Guru to train and transfer knowledge, I would recommend that accountability of teachers needs to be established and needs institutional structure of incentive and penalty ( Carrot and stick) to ensure adequate knowledge transfer to support Skill development program. It is equally important to incorporate Public Speaking, effective communication, presentation , creative writing to be included as main stream subject in school education.

1. Learning & Development should be a mandatory department and a % of learning activity should be made compalsory for the employeees.
2. Companies should encourage the learning culture by way of reimbursing employees for doing a certification related to mining career.
3. Mining jobs can be advertised along with the possible salaries people can draw when they join these jobs.
3. Organisation Health & Safety rule should be made stricter.
4. Compensation on injury/death at work should be higher

JI, Skill set development has to become part of upper primary curriculam. Simple life skills like appropriate use of simple tools e.g. Holding and correctly using a screwdriver, using the hammer holding it rigt at the end of the hold and striking the nail to finish, etc. and other tools may be the beginning. This will enable the brain of the child in line of required system thinking for an out put oriented industrial manpower society. It may follow in the high school to sectors and so on.
