The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, ...

The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

माननीय महोदय जी, में यह सुझाव देना चाहता हूँ कि आज देश में बहुत बढ़े-बढ़े घोटाले हो रहे है जिनमें हजारों करोड़ांे का गबन करते है और सजा के नाम पर केवल कुछ वर्षों की सजा या कुछ रूपये जुर्माना देकर छूट जाते है इससे भ्रष्टाचार और बढ़ रहा है और सभी सोचते है कि लाखों करोड़ों का गबन कर कुछ रूपये का जुर्माना दे देंगे और बच जायेंगे। मेरा सुझाव है कि जो व्यक्ति जिस विभाग, पद पर है वह कोई भी घोटाला करते हुये पकड़ा जाता है तो उसको पूरी नौकरी या पद पर रहते हुये समय के अनुसार वह व्यक्ति कितना कमा सकता है आँकलन कर की उसका वेतन कितना है और वह 60,65 वर्ष सेवा अवधि या कार्यकाल 5,6 वर्ष या उससे अधिक समय तक पद पर रहते हुये वह कितना पैसा जमा कर सकता है वेतन अनुसार उसको उतना ही रूपया या वेतन वापिस देना चाहिए

To make India addiction free we need to ensure that no government spend the money earned from liquor or drug sale to fund anywhere other than the health of affected families. More and more collections from taxes on liquor sale more and more for di addiction and health of the family affected.
