Sir, Strict action has to be taken towards the reducing the growing population.This is the major cause for all problems that India is facing.Awareness has to be created towards this problem and laws has to be build.Study the techniques how china has taken action towards the growing population.A message has to be passed by you only.Then only the people of India can think about it.

FOR THE SKILL DEVELPMENT GOVERNMENT NEED TO HAVE A COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE AT LEAST DOUBLE INDITITUTION IN FIVE YEARS FOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT FOR PASS OUTS.

This automatically blinds the other driver in the opposite direction.
Government advertisement in the media will educate the citizens about when to turn on the high beam head lights.
