The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Dear sir, I want share my thoughts about our skill Development. When we talk about Skill development we have to strengthen tout IITs & ITI colleges.advance & practical training to be given to the student so they can use their skill in reality.our syllabus right from school is outdated, need to be reviewed.the focus of our education should be on creating entrepreneurs not only the clerks. If we can do that it also help our mission of "Make In India".

For skill development in mining sectors involving private sectors are the best option. You may know CIL as a large player in this filed, but it has the worst culture & ethics, as most of lower level employers upto 70% are working in drunk. there are small private entitie swho were providing skilled training to employees. Opting a new environment in far more better than changing a polluted work culture. I am not writing in details due to word limitation. RAM MANOHAR BISWAL (PhD Mining Engg.)

Regulating structure is required to encourage development of requisite skill traits in mining sector that will go to e-monitoring system and go mining trading policy at large. Although we can create e-force system that mean we innovate some power of youth governance policy.....!

Namaskar Adardiya Modi Ji, I just want to say that if we want our national language Hindi to be used every where in communication. We must make it as mandatory subject in our school eduction in all the states of India..Because if we see many of our states people cant speak and understand hindi as they never read or speak it.

Namaskar .I want to share my thought about the reservation system. From my point of view there should be some reforms in reservation system. Because now a days it is creating a lot of problem for people belongs to general category. i m not telling to completely remove reservation but it should be limited to financial help and reservation for admission for institute and jobs should be completely merit wise. and financial help should also be income wise not cast wise .

Respected Sir, I want to draw your kind attention towards the local train problem in north and south twenty four paragana in West Bengal.
