The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Respected Sir, Skill Delevlopment Means to create skill in the people which helps to take job independently for young generation. my functional sector is Reseach & Development Into Automobile sector. I want to become independent into automobile sector.

Respected Sir, there is a serious loophole in the property law in India, where it takes years or even decades for an eviction case to be resolved. This forces the landlords to take a quicker easier approach of forceful eviction, which again acts against the landlord. I am a victim of such a case: A tenant is not paying rent and is living illegally in my house. I am trying everything legal to get him out. The police should be given the rights to deal with such civil cases to help landlords.

Sir, please replace all doors and windows of trains with sealed glass like AC compartment. Benifits as follows 1) cost reduction in 3 layer(glass, rods, louvered window) and heavy doors. 2) no one can throw garbage and people out of trains. 3) people will not sit or stand to the doors to reduce accidents. 4) also reduce unnecessary rush of salesmen. Due to less space people will take care for salesmen.
