If central gov. gives opportunities and provide basic infrastructure for the schools. so they can start new courses in the schools. Students can learn parallel with the school. and give some credit to them. by this way this program will succeed.

If gov wants to spread this information regarding skill development to the ground level. If this information is to be given in 9th & 10th Standard, so students can decide after 10th as a career option.
As a teacher and Career Counselor I am ready to take initiative. If government give training to teacher counselor and provide the information like videos, pppts, books regarding skill development and opportunities in this field.

India must have initiate/make security forum like NATO against china in Asia. It should include country like USA, japan, Vietnam, Australia and Indonesia Philippines and others Asia that`s has interest or conflict with china assertiveness in south china sea and east china sea. take this initiative in upcoming G-20 summit in Australia.
And India must have increase their defense budget nearly $120 billion that break down china morale. And raised Tibet,HK freedom issue at international forum.

The datacenter can pick the young unemployed people or less educated people who are waiting to come up in life by their own skills and train them with senior expertise person .By this way the resource can be trained across different skills like carpentry , electrical,acting drivers or plumbing works .

in india we import fuel eich can be produced by sugarcane and using sugarcane to make sugar . instead we should use sugarcane to produce ethenol fuel and import sugar.

In each urban area or town there is no proper data center where we can get A-Z household troubleshooting people like plumber , electrician, acting drivers . Government should think of creating a small data centre hubs where the list of plumbers ,electricians,car drivers can be maintained . The citizens can call the help desk and get the resource from there to solve the issue .The same data center can pick those young people who a

modern machinery is top most necessity, with strict laws made and implemented...first make a estimate of ACTUAL land available for mining, then proper education of miners.....as per international standards and laws also prevail to rich mining companies with no compensation in case of breaking laws. secondly increase in incentives of miners to provide them security with insurance must be made compulsory
