The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

In each urban area or town there is no proper data center where we can get A-Z household troubleshooting people like plumber , electrician, acting drivers . Government should think of creating a small data centre hubs where the list of plumbers ,electricians, car drivers can be maintained . The citizens can call the help desk and get the resource from there to solve the issue .The same data center can pick those young people who a The datacentre should regulate the fees for the respective works .

modern machinery is top most necessity, with strict laws made and implemented...first make a estimate of ACTUAL land available for mining, then proper education of miners.....as per international standards and laws also prevail to rich mining companies with no compensation in case of breaking laws. secondly increase in incentives of miners to provide them security with insurance must be made compulsory
