firstly respecting women and girls should be taught and then the safety will automatically come. bolte hai na ek se hi shuruwat hoti h.agar ek ladka bhi kisi ladki ko bachane ki koshish karega to uske sath 100 aur ladke hoengye...bs ek kadam lene ki deri h..bachpan se hi bacche ko sikhna chahiye ki ladkiyo ki ijjat karni chahiye..aur han bachpan mai unhe 'ladke k roote nhi' ye bolne ki bajjaye ye sikhna chahiye ki ladkiyo ko rulana chahiye ..

As youths we should be acting as a one big power and stand for zero tolerance against any misbehaviour against any girl or women. And as a women we should be alert and protest any misdeed be it at home or outside. No mean-minded man should be allowed to demotivate a girl and teach her dressing sense. And most importantly public figures and influential people should stop commenting insensitively towards sensitive women cases and womens dressing sense. It gives a boost to sick thoughts.

everyday from 2-3 years of age every male child should be taught to respect women and should be awarded for each respectful deed as a sign of encouragement

Boys should be taught to respect every women be it their family or neighbour or in the society at large. If we teach our boys since boyhood to be responsible and sensitive towards women and girls, I think the next generation will be drastically a Women's era where every male is responsible to care for a girl or womens dignity.
