Start CallCenters in Rural Areas instead of Bangalore. Employ only those women that belong to the area close by so that they will be able to be with their kids after work. Train them to speak in English. Make it compulsory for Call Center Owners to Start and Maintain a fully equipped school in the towns close by. Let the callcenter owners also build roads, create sanitation and parks in and around the towns close to their office. Make call center tax free for initial 2 years. #YouthDevelopment

first and foremost women should be given equal share in property.govt concessions like free education,medical seat reservation girls getting 60% marks to get medical seat,job reservation should be there for girls immediately on completion of study.then they would not be seen as liability.its all in tyhe hands of government only.

Most of the people consider a girl as a liability and a boy as an asset from the very birth of the children and if a girl is born parents feel as if the baby is burden for them.First the mindsets of the ppl has to change as even women r no less than men in most of the fields.

हिंसा को ख़त्म करने के लिए ज्यादा कानून बनाने की जरुरत नहीं है क्योकि कानून बनाने से कुछ महिलायें उसका गलत फायदा उठा रही है. मेरे हिसाब से एक ही चीज महिला हिंसा को रोक सकती है.अगर कोई गलत करता है तोह उससे सार्वजनिक सजा दे ताकि कोई हिम्मत न करें। क्योकि गलत रावण ने भी तभी किया था जब उसमें जरुरत से ज्यादा हिम्मत आ गयी थी। गलत काम के लिए हिम्मत ही नहीं जुटा पायेगा तो हिंसा कहा से होगी.और अगर कोई गलत कर देता है तो नया कानून तोह भूलकर मत बनाएं।नहीं तोह वही कानून एक और कानून बनाने को बोलेगा.
