It is a tall talk 'violence against women'. A multi-facet subject as it is, needs to be taken head-on,socially, educationally,culturally,legally and above all in-built family atmosphere at micro-level. The modern-day media has extra social role at the epi-centre of this social vice. It is unfortunate that the media which is totally trade-driven by lobbies,has a tendency of overdoing in its reporting and coverage this sensitive subject in our developing society.

Cinema, TV and internet content should be censored more strictly especially banning item-numbers, which are provocative and show woman only as an object of entertainment.

महोदय, महिलाओ पर हो रहे अन्याय का मुख्य कारण है,गुनहगार को किसी बात का डर न होणा!अगर सच कहे तो हमारे देश कि न्याय व्यवस्था लचर प्रकारसे काम कर रही है,उपरसे पुलिस प्रशासन काबिलियत होणे के बावजुद कोई कार्यवाही करनेसे बचता है,जिस कारण किसी अपराधी मे खौफ नही है क्यो कम तो जमानत एक रामबाण उपाय बन बैठी है,जब तक इस संदर्भ मे कोई सुधार नही होगा,तबतक बलात्कार-कतल जैसे प्रकार कम नही होंगे!सबको हकीकत पता है फिरभी अनजान बने बैठे है! "कानून के आंखो पर बंधी पट्टी हटा लिजिये परिणाम खुद्बखुद दिखने लग जायेंगे"

The best tool is EDUCATION both at the school and at home.Parents should tell their son to respect the opposite sex and protect her whenever need arises. Secondly, women should be bold and not feel weak and powerless.Police in civilian dress could avoid such nuances to an extent but policing can never be 100% full-proof.I feel Sex Education is the need of the hour(others may disagree).But it educate the children both ethically and health-wise. But the change needs to start with US.

Rohtak mein ek ladki par sare aam hamla kar ke teen ladke bhaag gaye aur police kuch nahi kar saki. please don't play this blame game. itne sakht kanoon hai hamare desh mein phir implemet kyun nahi kiye jate?

In my opinion female freedom should not be restricted due to wrong doers rather those venom must be stopped moving here and there.they do rape and all heinous crime then why female sacrifice their freedom. Our govt should take some strict action against such venom who roam here and there like a street dog.they must be caught and put behind for proper treatment.

Educate children and youth. Our old education system was very good, need few lessons about women empoverment. Change attitude of youth about women. Movies and phonographic content needs to be controlled #womensafety
