Sir, great concern over the safety of women in modern society. Measures may be adopted to control : (1) Daily sms to each & every mobile SIM about success of any women in any field (for developing respect of women) (2) CCTV installation in Lock up to keep women safe in Police station. (3) Ban of any non social nudity website or videos or anything to search on google..

Strict rules as in Singapore & Europe countries etc. Every one from girl child to granny should in streets without any fear. every mother send her daughter to schools, college anywhere without fear. not only applying rules should keep eye on following the rules. Even teasing is also a crime. More important is punishment should be crucial. other than hanging. because hanging will not teach them lesson. they should live n learn lesson and punishment should make other to learn.

our country have many seperate boys and girls inter colleges. this seperation should not be there because both boys and girls are not able to interact with each other from childhood. if the interaction will be more then both boys and girls will be able to share there problems with one another and mutual understanding will increase.

changes must be made in law in order to avoid such problems. The punishment must be in such a way that the criminals should fear to do violence against women.

In schools and colleges, there should be a lecture on moral education on daily basis because negativity arises in the mind first.

In Indian Law system there is a hole in the net for escapement of law breakers or criminals. Reformation in law is most essential to prevent any crime or offence. As per my opinion, a Special Law on Women Violence be incorporated with no provision of bail for any violence against Women along with minimum 03 years imprisonment without trail to life imprisonment. The youth of the nation should join hands to frame the Law for the Government and submit for approval. The rest is in the hands of GOI.
