Sex education is must. Parents must talk to children openly and aware them rather than ignoring the issues. Children's curiosity will finally drive them to internet and the knowledge they get from there may not b exact as they really should have. Also programs on sex education and gender equality must be organised on each institution where all the genders must be allowd to sit together. Education is one way and strict laws with immediate implementation and should not vary with person to person.

First of all for the female Youth Never try to wear western culture dress showing nudity. Just try to understand they are meant to attract people to enjoy as used in movies to attract more viewers, used in Circus and Drama to gather more public and wealth. So,you will never want to gather people around you and enjoy with you Often girls misunderstand and try to attract people attention but instead attracts peoples ill feelings towards them Boys should also control themselves not to see them.
