Again role/need of Corporate Education Responsibilities.

We should simplify the process of doing research so that our teachers start doing some researches at their level while in service. Their field based researches will be more useful than the researches we do for keeping in our shelves. Some of the areas in which we must support our educational functionaries to do researches are: Drop-out prevention strategies Making Govt. Schools more functional and attractive to increase enrolment Local toys to teach different scientific concepts

Based on requirements of Industry, defense and social needs in the next 5yrs, 10 yrs, 20 yrs ..., technology developments may be planned by experts from various fields and the programs may be assigned to various R & D establishments with requisite financial support. ISRO and DRDO are doing that way. Why can't CSIR and BARC be made to do so by the S&T ministry? Why can't R&D establishments be made to motivate, educate and guide students in educational institutions to participate in their project

Although we have research research centers for few specific areas but their number should be increased

To do this at least in IIT and IISC for specific branches incentives to Mtech and Phd students should be increased to 30000 and 45000 respectively. This would be beneficial as the scenario is 1. Management jobs are paying high. 2. Psu jobs seem to be more lucrative. 3. MS at foreign universities become more lucrative. 4. Students leave Mtech in between as they get job. I tried to get some help from the state govt. & also from the NABARD, but they refused to help. Sir I can share my ideas. respected pm sir first of all to promote research and there should be proper labs in the schools.where can we find it sir only in corporate schools sir.sir,every one cannot study at corporates sir.or every one cannot study at navodaya sir,because every one is not a clever student.sir my suggestion is that every school must should have labs sir.more than the theory we must have practical knowledge,for this ther should be strict measures from both central and state government.

I think research content in our higher education system is lagging behind, this is the reason for high attrition rates at India Inc. Following might be some of the reasons/suggestions: 1. Research should be in-built in Master's courses. 2. More emphasis on electives and projects. 3. Working on Joint Programmes with international Universities. 4. Innovation needs a free academic mind, there should be less emphasis on stringent course structures. 5. Promotion of one year intensive programs.
