Uttarakhand is a beautiful place, we can attract the best teachers from all over the country, if we offer them good facilities. 2) We also need to focus on research and development in our universities, hire the best talent from all over the world. Sir , as you are inviting suggestion for the budget 2020 , I would like to say that privatise major government undertaking like railways , so that the loss railways are incurring from dates back can be reduced . And I will like to add to my words that please try to introduce nay scheme for students to earn while learning ...so that in order to meet personal expenses as well learn the practical working while studying... this is for road transport and highway. 1) Mussoorie such a popular hill destination, popular around the country but when the tourists show up in large nos., what happens is it all chokes up the hotels are full, there are long jams on the whole route straight from Dehradun, we know the route cannot be made four lane we have failed ourselves in climbing the Volvo up the station but what can be done is building another road so that one can be used for climbing and the other to dismount.

Uttarakhand is one of the most beautiful states in this country with good sight seeing options available but we're till date underdeveloped only because of unavailability of roads which namo govt is taking enough steps to construct several roads in mountains. Now once we are ready can we create a separate LTA type IT exemption for travel to such unknown places to promote it as a attractive tourism destination within country. It will help local economy to a great extent.

Contd. .... .students should be given bus or taxi facilities for the pickup and drop. A teacher should be only teaching his/her subject and not all the subjects by just one teacher. Proper labs and art of infrastructure should be used to setup such schools. Such schools will be effective to deliver the right kind of ecosystem for students to grow and prosper. All I want is, effective and efficient utilisation of same amount of money by the govt. in smart manner to achieve better results.
