एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत कोड़ के माध्यम से सहयोगात्मक रूप से एप्लीकेशन के विकास संबंधी नीति का उद्देश्य एप्लीकेशन के विकास के कार्यों में तेज़ी लाना और ओपन सोर्स विकास मॉडल के सिद्धांतों के अनुसार इसका कार्यान्वयन करना है। इसके द्वारा सरकार मौजूदा एप्लीकेशन के पुनः प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देना चाहती है। वर्तमान में चल रही एप्लीकेशन और नई एप्लीकेशन को एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत कोड़ के माध्यम से सार्वजनिक डोमेन पर विकसित किये जाने पर विचार किया जा रहा है और कम समय में बेहतर उत्पादों का विकास करने के लिए सहयोगात्मक रूप से विकास संबंधी कार्यों को बढ़ावा देकर सरकार के अंतर्गत एवं बाहरी कार्यों में नवाचार को प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है।
ई-शासन एप्लीकेशन ओपन सोर्स प्रणाली के अंतर्गत लोगों के द्वारा किसी एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत के प्रयोग एवं प्रकाशन से संबंधित जानकारी प्रदान की जाती है जो लागत और इसके विकास में लगने वाले समय में कमी लाने एवं अधिक पारदर्शिता द्वारा सुरक्षा और लोगों के विचारों के माध्यम से गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने में सहायक है।
एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत कोड के द्वारा सहयोगात्मक रूप से एप्लीकेशन के विकास संबंधी नीति के लिए हम आपके सुझाव एवं विचार आमंत्रित करते हैं।

• There are restrictions of network sharing by multiple service providers which should be made free to use. • New projects should not be passed till the builders deploy this infrastructure. • Benefits • Common independent infra – therefore no monopoly of a service provider and choice to customer. • National saving in terms of multiplication of efforts of laying of network • Saving of natural resources (Copper) as it is replaced by Fiber optic cable. • World class futuristic network. • Less heat

• A new technology called Fiber to the Home (FTTH) is in practice which provides an independent fiber optic based infra with in the complexes. • This infra is available to all service providers and no need to put separate copper infrastructure each home. • This should be mandatory for all private and state owned builders (like DDA, Huda etc) and the project approval should be subject to provisioning of FTTH Infrastructure.

• Another option is to either own the infra by the agency or private parties can be involved in this built up. • However, there should be a mechanism / guidelines to govern the private players for lease to other private parties. • ROW should not be issued again as the infra is available for use.

• A nationwide instructions to be circulated about deployment of Fiber Optic Cable (at least 144 Fiber or 288 Fiber (Preferably)) along with any new national highway / state highway / gas pipeline / railway track / electricity lines etc. • All national and state authorities to be alerted on this. • This infra should be available to all on non-discriminatory basis on first cum first basis (E – Auction way)

First making DIGITAL INDIA our government have to make wi-fi country.If our govenment are not able to do this wifi programm all over india.Then they have to talk with our Internet sevice provider to take less money on internet packs. HOW MANY PEOPLES ARE AGREE WITH THIS??

Sir, i heard the speech at Sarusajai Stadium.During this time i appreciated you because of you remind (Sacha Bharat mission)the entire people of stadium.you mention the illegal infiltration of bangladesis but you dont mention redness problem like erosion,flood,terrosim,etc. Sir you are the only person who solve our redness problem.sir your next visit, i hope you will take the above mention these problem seriously.Last i want to reqst u that one rail university is essential for NE region..

• A joint effort to be done involving industry and universities / premier institutes like IITs, NITs and other private institutes for development of new products. • The new innovation / development to be sold to companies without prejudice and on a Non discriminatory manner. • Patent laws to be reviewed. We should learn from our neighbors. • Independent researchers should also get facilities at IIT’s etc for their researches.
