विभिन्न नागरिक केंद्रित सेवाओं के वितरण और बीमा सहित विभिन्न वित्तीय सेवाओं की पहुंच बनाने के लिए भारत सरकार ने एक कार्य दल का गठन किया है जो ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्थित कार्यालयों और दूरवर्ती क्षेत्रो में डिजिटल / इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करने और पहुँचाने से संबंधी जांच करेगा और और डाकघर नेटवर्क के कुशल उपयोग और उन्नयन के लिए सुझाव देगा जिससे ये सेवाएं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।

इस नेटवर्क का प्रयोग केन्द्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार और निजी क्षेत्र के उद्योगों की ​​विभिन्न योजनाओं और सेवाओं के वितरण के लिए किया जाएगा।
नागरिकों से निम्नलिखित बिन्दुओं पर सुझाव अपेक्षित हैं:

विभिन्न नागरिक केंद्रित सेवाओं, योजनाओं, उत्पादों के वितरण के लिए कुशल डाक संबंधी नेटवर्क उपलब्ध कराने के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार के मंत्रालयों / विभागों [स्थानीय स्वशासन सहित] राज्य सरकारों और निजी क्षेत्र के उद्यमों के लिए डाकघर की स्थापना [विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों और छोटे शहरों में] कहाँ की जाए
बीमा उत्पादों सहित वित्तीय समावेशन में डाकघर की भूमिका को बढ़ाना
डाक घर और डाकघर नेटवर्क के लिए आवश्यक बुनियादी सुविधाएँ और
डाक घर को आर्थिक रूप से कैसे मजबूत बनाया जा सकता है

Post office - please provide value added services Currently doing - Passport services Need to do 1. Railways ticket booking if possible 2. Pilgrimage tours promotion and booking. Partner with India tourism 3. Compete with couriers 4. Allow premises for advertising 5. Tie up with SBI for all postage handling requirement of SBI and win all their postal work by reducing their courier usage 6. Tie up with LIC as sole postal tie-up for all LIC activities 7. Tie up with IRCTC

Sir,One humble request to Create"MISCELLANEOUS GROUP". No doubt MyGov provide its members one stop platform to share views and ideas on issues of national importance but due to lack of just one more group under the head of "MISCELLANEOUS" the topics transcend all the groups due to their scope and importance become less effective. As members have no option to share views and ideas on all other different issues of social importance so they post their such views under the various irrelevant groups.

Milk, vegitables, grocery are daily requirements of each family. Can we make nurve center at post office, from where, area customer book their requirement of milk, vegitables, grocery via SMS, phone, internet, application etc. And post office staff will deliver it. These idea can help us to create new jobs, also support to society to maintain unnecessary price hike by private parties. Also, we can add Cooking gas, electricity, telephone booking, life insurance can be also paid at postoffice.

• Provide training to employees on customer handling. • Tie up with corporate on pickup and deliver posts/parcels. Currently all corporate's are depending on private courier companies. • Integrate post office with public sector banks. Postman knows each one in the villages hence he can help people not only to deliver letters, but also can advise the villagers on new investments which can be made.
