3. Generally government employees means lazy or they will not work productively like private companies. At least central government employees can better than state government employees This scenario should change. Government employees gets benefits of pension etc. But some are poor in work. Why can't we encourage feedback from customer, motivations, periodic training, yearly gifts, certificates , recognition for good employees etc. This will be good . or increase

MSME needs more support. Here are some of the suggestions. 1) Please reduce the GST from the present 18% for jobwork to 5%. 2) Reduce the rate of Bank rate of interest for lending to 5-6%.3) Make doing Business with Defence and Railways more easy and fast. 4) Provide rail sidings for setting up exclusive MSME industries to make Railway components in Trichy where already 100's of industries are idling. The present IBC is common to business of RS.10,000 crores or for Rs.50 Lakh .

Let us attempt to somehow create a ‘Peoples Finance Minister’ by undertaking a couple of genuinely intended efforts right in this Budget making exercise itself, even though the time is too short to do it !Let us herein gently strive to incentivise prompt tax payment by introducing some privileges for them which they can monetise, thereby not only expanding the tax base but also improve tax collections !

1. Utilize collected cess of Education and Health which remains unused in the Consolidated Fund of India. Before applying more education and health cess. 2. Fund for Farmers to actually help them rather than wavering their loans. Provide them alternative options like contract farming, help them to grow other crops which help them economically and also good for environment specialy in green revolution area where rice grows in large number which required a huge amount water.

Honarable finance minister of India, As asked suggestions for upcoming budget. I feel that in faced manner giving anything free should be stopped instead remunerate adequately on work. This will stop reducing more and more non working forces and gundaism only then people will engage in work. GST should be made more easy and should have only 2 slabs 1. For essential requirements 2. Additional requirements like comfort and luxury. Honest tax fair shouldbe acknowledged by getting reduced rat

Respected Sir,When government can take strong decisions on Demonetization, GST,Swatch Bharat etc... Strong and firm decision can also be taken to improve quality and facilities of Government Schools and Hospitals. These two areas are matter of high concern where I strongly believe budget 2019-2020 should be dedicated to uplift on this two matters.
