केंद्रीय बजट के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया को सहभागी और समावेशी बनाने के लिए वित्त मंत्रालय पिछले कई वर्षों से नागरिकों से इनपुट लेती रही है। इस वर्ष भी केंद्रीय बजट के लिए आपके सुझाव का मंत्रालय को बेसब्री से इंतज़ार है।

इस लोकतांत्रिक गतिविधि का हिस्सा बनने के लिए सभी क्षेत्रों के नागरिकों का स्वागत है। आप अपने सुझाव या तो सीधे कमेंट बॉक्स के जरिए भेज सकते हैं या एक पीडीएफ दस्तावेज़ संलग्न कर सकते हैं।

केंद्रीय बजट में नागरिकों की आकांक्षाओं को शामिल करने की परंपरा को जारी रखने के लिए हम आपके बहुमूल्य विचार व सुझाव आमंत्रित करते हैं। इस फोरम के जरिए सुझाव भेजने की अंतिम तिथि 20 जून 2019 है।

1. Salary structure of private school teachers must be standardized based on no. of students enrolled, no. of sections or classes lectured in, her teaching exp & total no. of hrs/day for teaching 2. Every year a salary hike based on the performance of the students (pass %) must be decided. 3. Additional pay for extra classes taken in the absence of any other faculty 4. If 20yrs+ exp in same institute must get a pension of 10K/month post retirement in Tier-2 cities

Agriculture with drip irrigation small farmers educated son/daughter with 1 to 5 acres need to provided funding as employment with integrated farming. cows, goats, round the year cultivation like vegetables, etc In tamilnadu Delta farmers to he moved to alternative crops consuming less water.Budget to transport water by pipe line and not by canal can reach water till tail end.

The Union Budget must provide for reusable menstrual hygiene products under the National Health Mission: both Rural and Urban, instead of free disposable sanitary napkins and incinerators. These products should be made available at Jan Aushadi Kendras and Public Health Centres. ASHA and Anganwadi workers should be trained on menstrual hygiene and managing it sustainably.

LOW COST WATER RESERVOIRS using an innovative way is suggested. Basalt rock areas covers 5 lakh sq.km. area. Water percolation capacity is very low (4%) . It is more suitable for creation of water storage tanks. Digging of stone quarries and stone tank creation along with it should be our dual purpose. Hundreds of such tanks will be available in a very low cost. Please include as program. I am ready to explain in detail with the help of success stories. PB Jadhav, Dy. Commissioner
