कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय को देश में कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता के लिए एक रोडमैप तैयार करने को कहा गया है। व्यांपक और हॉलिस्टिेक पॉलिसी दस्तासवेज तैयार करना इस प्रक्रिया का अभिन्नक अंग है। इसमें पहले से तैयार कौशल-विकास की मौजूदा राष्ट्री्य नीति (एन पी एस डी) 2009, पर नए सिरे से दृष्टि डालने की आवश्यिकता है।

मंत्रालय कौशल-विकास और उद्यमशीलता 2015, पर राष्ट्रीयय नीति का एक मसौदा तैयार करने में जुटा हुआ है। सभी संबंधित केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों/विभगों से कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता की दिशा में किए जा रहे कार्यो के साथ-साथ इस क्षेत्र की समस्या ओं और चिंताओं के संबंध में प्रारम्भिरक इनपुट्स मांगे गए थे। राष्ट्री य नीति का मसौदा इन्हींं प्रारम्भिेक इनपुट्स तथा पिछले छह माह के दौरान सभी संबंधित हित-धारकों के साथ विचार-विमर्श के आधार पर तैयार किया गया है। अब इस मसौदा नीति पर विस्तृवत विचार-विमर्श की आवश्यरकता महसूस हुई है जिससे कुशल भारत का निर्माण तीव्र गति, स्केतल और गुणवत्ताव के साथ संभव हो और इस संबंध में सुसंगत विजन और रोडमैप तैयार किया जा सके।

The skill policy should clearly link the skill development to the education system and equivalency. Secondly the schemes like PMKVY and others should have direct involvement of concerned industry in training and not the councils or any other organisation or chambers. This can be by rotation and incentives to be given to the industry on providing the employment to persons trained by them. It should not happen as in PMKVY where Industry is not the stake holder & scheme does not talk of employmen

Modi-fied Policy for skilling India will chanelise energy of Innovative youth Skills of India. THE POLICY IS GOOD AND WELL THOUGHT HOWEVER , WHERE EVER WE FOUND THAT WE CAN CONTRIBUTE WE HAVE DONE SO IN RED ITALICS.YOUWILL APPRECIATE THAT WITH SOME MINOR AMMENDMENTS THIS POLICY IS GOING TO SET NEW MILETONES & BRING REVOLUTIONARY CHANGES IN SKILL DEVELOPMENT IN MODERN INDIA.THE SKILLS OF THESE YOUTH WILL BE MAJOR CONTRIBUTORS TO GDP IN COMING YEARS

Two biggest challenges are 1.Mobilisation of the youths for training 3.providing them the right jobs as per their skill sets if these two important ingredients of skill development training are addressed in a logical and motivational manner , PM MODI's vision of Skill India will be success story for the future generations.

when the country is drafting a new policy on skill development following points should be surely considered 1.it should connect the masses with the right mix of training , OJT & THE right job opportunity. 2.Process of imparting skill training should not be done in watertight compartments of legitimacy rather it should be easy to access for the trainees. 3. Trainees should also be made accountable for the trainings and also periodical motivational incentive should Be provided

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

school is a basic need for all but due to some reason many child are not attaind. By skill development at school level is most important .....beacuse due to lack of money many student not able to take addmission in higher education .. by the making a blueprint for skill developemnt and earning money at same time at school level by workin 1 0r 2 hour in school.... like candle industries cake baking and other micro scale industries stable at school level by this they learn and earn same time

Agriculture had been a prime factor of our economy.Sir,I think our govt. should depute people of qualification around metric level directly on fields with the farmers (after giving them some training of few weeks and these people should be placed at contract basis(their wages should be increased according to the production).This will definitely prevent our youth from running toward urban areas and spoiling their life.These people should be appointed at a post named KRISHIMITRA.
