Dear Sir, In my opinion world is already seeing floods of Indian Engineers, doctors and other technical and labours. However, I am sorry to say our education system although highly theoretical oriented but lacking in explaining students it's used. It is being also seen the poor education which leads to mup up output from children. One can not really say on this basis a higher percentage or lower percentage has higher and lower talent. Indian education system in recent past become business.

Going forward it will be very important to not be a jack of all trades & master of one but be a specialized person of a particular trade. Skill will be an important facet of one's career and growth. It will be very important to have skilled workers who will then help contribute in the economy of the nation. This is a great move by the government and help India be the economic powerhub by 2035.

Students of b.tech should take care of every five minutes as it is reducing from thier four years time. This is a professional course and they have to learn their course at international standard, who shall not take care of every passing five minutes. Try to train from everybody involved and four years will look less time but important

In respect to CBDT, Hon. PM vision to join the people and their money in economy, further, should trust on people, honest, small assesse, small people, e.i.,40000 crores rupees of JAN DHAN scheme introduced in economy is great, but, if, ITO/AO/Deputy comm. intent to harrass such depositor and demand list from financial institution, will effect adverse. anti govt. eliments in CBDT may be misleading and act against govt. by conspiracy should be seriously investigate & action required, best wishes

Skill development is one of the key ingredient require in any field to increase job prospects in the current generation job market. Today's employers whether inside or outside India, looking for skilled personal over theoretical knowledge. It is high time that the new and old generation focus back to basics and gain as much as practical training rather aiming for higher degree. I would personally urge HRD ministry to implement as many sandwich course and summer internships as possible.
