Pardhan Mantri Ji, It would be better to leave skill development exercise in mining sector with the private sector. Because private miners know well, about their business, & can trained worker according to their needs. Govt sector can trained their worker according to their requirements. Govt can help private miners by giving them relief in income tax on the investment for training purpose by them (private sector). If want then govt can frame syllabus for mines training.

Respected Sir, Skill Development has to be a joint effort (Govt. & Private Sector). As the mining skill usage is more in Government/PSU. But the quality of delivery will only come from Private player. The mix of both will delivery the required results in coming years. Private player will be accountable for quality of education

Sir, It is a well known fact about the corrupt practice of money being extorted from aspiring doctors in the name of donations and giving seats of competent doctors to the not so competent ones. Is it that the government stands to earn some money and so it has closed its eyes to the phenomenon? Are you aware of how this system is working?

Dear Modiji, You have been saying that you are a 'pradhan sewak' and not a 'pradhan mantri'. So humble and touching. I was just wishing if you could walk the talk by renaming all the ministers as 'sewaks' only. Thus 'raksha mantri' may be called 'raksha mantralya sewak' and the 'vikt mantri' as 'vikt mantralya sewak', .. . If you could do this it will be a landmark move and will keep the ministers and the bureaucrats grounded and not become high headed and snobbish.

skill-development is not just a non-contextual exercise! If some mines are with Govt. and some with Pvt. agencies adopting different technologies with unique nature of mines themselves, will it not be prudent to leave skill-devlpt. job to individual mines to come-up ( or, under operation?) Only if there is going to be moving around of workers among various mines the above query gets more importance. Why get confused with the issue? I can say(as one from steel-plant)each plant surely is different!

Namaste Sir. Private Sector must do this. Parents INVEST money on their children's education. Training under international standards gets youngsters dignity of work and also assures them a great future as they are employable internationally. German voc. training institutes are most suitable for India. Skill development is an attractive business and the Mining industry calls for high skill levels also due to the risk to the life of the workers. Safety and respect for human life are most needed.
