Skill development exercise should be done by both sectors. Though pvt sector players are profit oriented and I'm sure skill development process must be on as far as pvt sector is concerned. Skill development courses are also being organised by public sector companies, but they are lacking sincerity as employees having better skills are being treated equally with their less skilled counterparts. Until and unless some performance related increment system is not planned it will be futile exercise

Dear beloved Narendra Modiji, Hon'ble Prime Minister, Kindly instruct / advise Manipur's Chief Minister, Shri O. Ibobi Singh to see and take care of 3 % job reservation in direct recruitment and promotion quota for physically challenged persons. HE DOES NOT KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THIS.

Hello Sir, I am really fed up with services and attitude of MTNL Delhi employees. These guys take least interest in their work and not even reply to mails. In my view, MTNL should also be privatized so that users don't have to suffer a lot. I know, this is not the right place to make complaints but I have even tried with consumer forum also and even they said that "MTNL never replies to their mails so we won't be able to take your case further". I am hoping you will make a solution for this. Thx

Dear PM kindly I request you to talk about bribery or corruption at low level , because common man is affected by bribery or corruption at low level such as giving 100rs to 1000rs to complete his work at government office. Dear PM frankly speaking common man is not worried of black money or corruption at high level but he is much affected by corruption at low level due to which he loses his lot of money and give his life also, I am sure PM if you tell people not to give bribery, definitely the
