Govt should inaugurate new/upgrade existing courses and on a participatory basis invite respective State Govts and PSUs along with themselves to conduct/spend/maintain/refresh/upgrade/the classroom and practical skill development courses to enable all skilled labourers to be knowledge workers. They can be incentivised and promoted on efficiency to the next levels by a new Centrally appointed labour friendly HR set up from PSUs..

There are billions of jobs that can be generated by govt itself through skill development exercise. Instead of inviting the contractors via tenders for govt. projects govt should utilize and open jobs for people of India. Govt. should work as a company both nationally or internationally as service provider for whole world in skills. This way every one gets secured govt job. With more than 100 crore of manpower behind who can stop India or why would India should stay behind.

Dear Sir, For skill development There should be a Govt Workshop in Each district or Town. As In Hospitals MBBS students learn, in the same manner workers should be given chance in workshop. People will get their job done. It will become a source of Earning even for GOVT. & workers get their skill developed. you can use Franchise method for workshops. MOREOVER skill development should be undertaken by private sector. Govt sector won't be effective.

The skill development in mining sector should be authorizing to a new public-private undertaking under "Institute for skill development in mining sector". Government should help private sector to build this center of excellence in partnership and monitor that skill development program is of international standard . Indian School of Mines should connect with this institute and help the “tailor-made hands-on diploma courses”by connecting global institution like Colorado School of mines and others

It is not important that public authority should be undertaken by private sector , but main thing is that honesty in the work which they commit. It is an universal truth that public sector is for serve the public and nation but private sector is only for making profit. If you want to make every thing private and people has to pay and use then you have no right take any taxes from people regarding related things. But if you need tax from people then it is your duty to provide them that services.

It should be undertaken by private sector with a supervision of government.I think our institutions are just parting degrees instead of. being focus on quality education .So first of all there should be no institutions without proper norms. The business of such institutions should be closed.

Maximum of central government ministers are new to the field.it is better to create a separate committee to guide them.for committee leaders we can give a chance to Bjp old leaders and ex-ministers of bjp.so that it will be easy to know elaborately about their field

Skill can be enhanced by knowledge only (My point of view). In these days unemployment causes by skill less person. person who have knowledge but not got proper job he have to available by govt. in skill development deptt. as per knowledge and qualification. So this trend can be reduced some level of unemployment. For example in rajasthan govt started but recruited to person who have high experienced in management,But not recruited person who have B Tech M Tech and PhD.
