1 मई 2016 के अपने आदेश के अनुसार, कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय नेश्री शारदा प्रसाद, पूर्व महानिदेशक, रोजगार और प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अध्यक्षता में सेक्टर कौशल परिषदों के कार्यान्वयन के आधुनिकीकरण और अनुकूलन के लिए एक समीक्षा समिति का गठन किया था।

हितधारकों के साथ संलग्न करने और लोगों से महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव / टिप्पणियां इकट्ठा करने के लिए, एमएसडीई ने जनता के लिए क्षेत्र कौशल परिषदों के कामकाज की सुसंगति और अनुकूलन के लिए समिति की रिपोर्ट डाल दी है।

Skills are very dynamic thing, New technologies keep evolving, e.g a motor mechanic learns basic skills but things change fast. e.g cars of suzuki are less complicated that Volkswagen, people need to be networked to help out each other in case of challenge. Besides training a yearly refresher meeting can be conducted to share the challenge and solutions. I am working in software industry for 20 yrs and most of things skill get solved by meaningful contacts one has.

Sir I want to draw your attention toward rrb recruitment recently rrb recruitment has specified vacancy. It is drastically opposite of what modi government has said before election. Earlier there were some 18000 vacant posts when it published on its website but now number of vacancies have been cut down to some14000.

Sir, Please provide proper Budget for plantation of thousands kinds of trees which provide fruits , vegetables , edible oil , cereals , medicines etc. along the roads, railways, drains and canals and on the edges of agricultural farms. That will not only provide nutrition to the people but save the environment also ,enhancing biological diversity.I have illustrated many hundreds of trees and shrubs which can change the condition of the people even in desert of Rajsthan. Ministry of skill development MHRD My Opinion is that Our India Country Soft Skill is weak all of whole state, How To show improvement and increasing Our ranking in the world. So, Plz request AICT Department helps Contribute indicated all engineering college our nation Only environmental in English In the college during study of college, no speaking Hindi in Campus.. Most comprehensive and well documented, this is lesser known area of development. I think this document is captured by someone who really have good vision of need in this area. I feel short of knowledge to contribute but I accept chapter 10 summary suggestions.Summary also makes sense as very good start, further optimization can happen as we monitor and add feedback to improve more. I remember ITI where at the front end of DRDO's lab while enggs watch,hands on is must.Very good work!Best Wishes
