1 मई 2016 के अपने आदेश के अनुसार, कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय नेश्री शारदा प्रसाद, पूर्व महानिदेशक, रोजगार और प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अध्यक्षता में सेक्टर कौशल परिषदों के कार्यान्वयन के आधुनिकीकरण और अनुकूलन के लिए एक समीक्षा समिति का गठन किया था।

हितधारकों के साथ संलग्न करने और लोगों से महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव / टिप्पणियां इकट्ठा करने के लिए, एमएसडीई ने जनता के लिए क्षेत्र कौशल परिषदों के कामकाज की सुसंगति और अनुकूलन के लिए समिति की रिपोर्ट डाल दी है।

Skill need not be directly related to education.1.Skill development should be based on different age groups 2.Many areas in India are famous for different skills where they produce items like making pots, shawls,weaving of silk ,paintings and people in that regions are interested in that specific skill and it is directly related to the climatic conditions and goods produced there 3.By training one person in a family and providing employment to her/him we can empower the families financially.

sir all your efforts is right but here problem is their following in basic level....because i am also facing many problem in the case of counseling for apprenticeship from kanpur center.....after all i failed to do so....so i hope our first need is basic rule & regulation improvement.

so basic training to all the taxi driver must given before issuing them a taxi driving license and all the taxi drivers must be controlled and regulated. If there is any complaint from tourist, demerit points should be given against the driving licence and once it reaches beyond certain limit, cancel the driving license. It will help in controlling the taxi drivers as well and will create a faith between drivers and tourist. when any tourist travel, they should feel safe.

Our PM is focusing on travel and tourism as well. Our country got lot potential to attract the foreign and domestic travelers. It is the sector which has lot of potential for employment generation as well. One of the major problem in this sector is unskilled manpower to handle the foreign tourist. for example.... taxi driver, they dont know to treat tourist nicely, even they cant communicate with them in English. They also misbehave and do cheating with tourists...continued.

इसलिए हमे इंडस्ट्रीज के सिद्धांत को फॉलो करना पड़ेगा जहा पर रॉ मटेरियल होता है वह पर ही उसकी इंडस्ट्रीज लगती है जिसे ट्रांसपोटशन कॉस्ट कम होता है क्वालिटी मेन्टेन होती है जैसे जहा पर गन्ना हो वह पर शुगर इंडस्ट्रीज लगे वह पर गुड़ इंडस्ट्रीज लगे वह पर ही गुड़ और शुगर से बनने वाले प्रोडक्ट की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग भी वह पर ही हो और उसके आस पास के सभी जिले और गाँव में उससे रिलेटेड स्किल डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम ही चलाया जाये। तभी कोई फायदा है। ..

जब हम बात करते है स्किल डेवलपमेंट की तो पहले हमे सोचना चाहिए इंडस्ट्रीज के बारे में क्यों सोचना चाहिए ? हमारा स्किल डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम इस प्रकार का होना चाहिए की जिस जिले में स्किल डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्राम चल रहा है वह पर उसे स्किल की जरुरत है भी की नहीं। .. सिंपल से उद्हारण से समझो जैसे मेने किसी गाँव में या किसी जिले में शूज बनाने की स्किल ट्रेनिंग दी पर उसे जिले क्या उसके पास के १०-१५ जिले में कोई कारखाना नहीं था तो उस स्किल डेवलपमेंट प्रोग्रमा का कोई मतलब नहीं रहे जाता है. इसलिए हमे इंडस्ट्र
