मंत्रालय आपको ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए एक तिथि सुझाने(कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर) और इसके लिए कार्यक्रम के आयोजन से संबंधित अपने विचार एवं सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के निम्नलिखित पहलुओं से संबंधित कुछ प्रश्नों पर नागरिकों के विचार आमंत्रित किये गए हैं:

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए तिथि का चयन किस आधार पर किया जाए (कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर)?
गाँव संरचना दिवस में कौन सी गतिविधियों को शामिल किया जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस के अवसर पर ग्रामीण लोगों को इससे कैसे जोड़ा जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस मनाने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता कहाँ से मिल सकती है?
गाँव संरचना दिवस पर ग्रामीणों/ ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा अगले पांच सालों के लिए क्या लक्ष्य निर्धारित किये जाने चाहिए (जैसे शिशु मृत्यु-दर और मातृ मृत्यु-दर में कमी, साफ़ पेयजल, खुले में शौच मुक्त गांव, ठोस और तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन इत्यादि) और क्या संकल्प लिया जाना चाहिए?
लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए कार्य के लिए किस आधार पर सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए?
ग्रामीण लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए असाधारण कार्य के लिए किस तरह के पुरस्कार दिए जाने चाहिए?

I have been to some rural part of Maharashtra where I have seen foreign companies are taking land on rent or lease for organic farming which is exported and other foreign companies are benefited, can farmer form a group and register their own Organic product brand and sell in India this will help in terms of monitory benefit to farmers and a collaborative work will start within group of villages where plenty of land will be available, people will be coming closer in friendly terms too..!

Panchayat holds key role for developing of village. It must publish expenditure, fund received to public for transparency. It must organise sport competition, care farmers about crops produced/damaged, start skill development program, campaign awareness about education, girl child, health, how to save nature, energy conservation, encourage senior citizen by involving various activities. Panchayat must be so changed that villagers willing to go/interact like devotee goes to temple for blessing.

India needs to agriculture reform immediately. we are getting low agriculture production in high cost. even our formers did not get his labour cost from their form production. I have a plan for it and we have to think about it. please see the file attachment and give your openion.

because of the lack of job opportunities people from the villages are shifting to bigger cities for better life. Government should focus on the growth of job opportunities in villages to control the population level in cities. Villages should have better housing complexes in which there should be schools and water pipe system to stop the people from washing clothes in rivers and pollute it.

Uttar Pardesh me rural development ke lye yojana like indra aavas yojana ,rajiv gandhi aavas yojana etc. but ye real me implement nhi hota poor ke lye.Jiska gram pradhan se accha link hota hai ukno fayda miljata hai, aur ko nhi.Grampradhan money magtha hai beneficiries se 100% per 30-40% hume dena beacause ab money account me aata hai,nhi to thmhe is ka fayda nhi milega.Gram pradhan ka BDO tuk, may be higher authority se accha link hota hai.Please MODI JI REFORM THIS BIG HOLE OF CORRUPTION.

There is a corruption in the funds and grants of panchayat. bureaucrats and MLA's demand share of the grant otherwise create problems although RTI is a good measure to stop big corruptions. The term of panchayat should be shorter because it will correct the mistakes of previous body and promote the effective utilization of funds and will also prevent unnecessary expenditures in elections

प्रणाम मोदी जी, हमने आपसे काफी उमीदें लगायीं हैं अपने देश की उन्नति की ओर I मगर आपने एक निर्णय लेलिया RGPSA को बंद कर दिया I आप ये सोचिये कि हमारे हिमाचल प्रदेश में मेरे जैसे 100-150 लोग और भी है जो इस से जुड़े हुए हैं I आपने RGPSA का नाम बदलकर NPTA रख दिया I लेकिन ग्रांट रोक दी I मै विकास खण्ड कार्यालय में कार्य्ररत हु. हम सभी इस फैसले से काफी उदास हो गये हैं I क्यूंकि हमसे आप रोज़गार छीन रहे हैं I हम OUTSOURCE के माध्यम से चयनित हुए हैं I हम सभी भाई बहन बेरोजगार होने जारहे हैं I
