देश के रुर्बन क्षेत्रों में एक सामान्य परिवार का प्रबंधन गृहिणी द्वारा किया जाता है। वह अपने दिन का एक बड़ा हिस्सा विभिन्न घरेलू कार्यों को निपटाने में बिताती हैं। वैसे इन दैनिक कार्यों को निपटाने के बाद भी उनके पास कुछ समय बचता है, जिसका उपयोग कर वह घर की आय बढ़ा सकती है।

ऐसे गृहिणियों के लिए खाली समय में पूरक आय के स्रोतों की जानकारी प्रदान करने हेतु आपके सुझाव व राय आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

They are the real rational economic agents who puts all their efforts to optimise the given resources to ensure maximum benefit. So its wise to utilise this trait for the greater social benefit. In my opinion, all those homemakers should be given the chance to build the nation through actively involving them in Handloom and handicraft sector. Because I think most of the rural home-making women are interested in art&craft works which is such a unique talent indian people have. So highlight them.

Keeping home in order is itself is big task. Maintaining good physical and mental health of self and family members in the world of tensions all around is challenge. Sometimes monetary constraints are there to meet the ever increasing costs of living. The most suitable option shall have to be worked out in consultation with family members as per requirement of the family and children rather than by looking at what neighbor or some other relative has done

Namaste we request to introduce and announce special schemes for women who have to work in house and to get supplement additional income for running smooth family daily basis expenses for all to start small businesses to each area maximum 500 families in one Ward each village and small town and corporations cities minimum investment Rs 50000/- to maximum Rs 500000/- with Aadhaar cards details and Bank account each Person and special concessions to be given by government for Food item shop

Whether the womens from urban or rural she can earn money from home.firstly the women can earn through baby sitting 2.she can become a tutor to get extra education 3.women can learn to Skype and facetime 4.they can make own products 5.offer hair cutting services 6.offer your laundry skills 6.become a virtual assistant 7.only marketing 8.stock trading 8.selling ur own brand 9.inbound call centre 10.researching for others 11.transcription 11.building applications 12.YouTube..and many others things

Whatever work the housemaker does the timing should not compromise with her daily household work neither should she feel burdened of the work... I think work such as monitoring cleanliness activity in one's own ward or community by making groups and allotment of the same duty equally among group of women and distribution of the money among them equally can be done among urban women. For rural women small scale works such as bags making, clothes stitching, painting, vegetable marketing etc .

village and city womens can be skilled in food and beverage making, weaving , silk worm farming, food processing for pickles, candy cow keeping for milk production, followed by making vermi composte every thing to be marketed by some apps like swiggy for food, Amazon for other items inter women groups can sell their items for example milk from village can be purchased by city women group for their food supply chainby ,woman can be trained in hospitability services can be employed by contractir

If we can help the rural households in setting up small scale biogas & waste management plants which can be effectively run by women we can help create a steady income for families as well as help tackle both environmental & economic problems. This can act as a catalyst for the next agricultural revolution as the organic waste can be used to produce natural manure & Fertiliser which can reduce the cost of farming also help generate a stream of income from selling of such fertilisers.

Women entrepreneurs should start an initiative in this direction if something on large scale needs to be done & provide employment to the women. If it's done in each state of the country, then it'll be beneficial for more no of women. They can prepare good quality food for the people living in their area & who are working(mainly of some other states & are unmarried). Likewise, they can do many other tasks on small scale on their own without any help from entrepreneurs.

Whatever the production is being done by them should be divided in equal ways for public. 1) when government is participating so i think government need to launch a app and the product which are produced by home makers should be put on it so it can break the borders of state and anyone can purchase from entire country and one agency should be appointed for it so they will work only to promote and distribute those products.
