TRAI ने 27 नवंबर 2019 को "ट्रांसपेरेंसी इन पब्लिशिंग ऑफ टैरिफ ऑफर्स" पर एक परामर्श पत्र जारी किया है। दूरसंचार क्षेत्र की गतिशीलता को ध्यान में रखते हुए, उपभोक्ता को जानकारी की कमी और भ्रामक जानकारी की स्थिति का सामना करना पड़ता है। इसके अलावा, उपभोक्ता को जो भी जानकारी मिलती है वह बेहद अस्पष्ट और काफी मुश्किलों के बाद मिलती है। इन जानकारी के आधार पर बाजार में उसका आकलन और तुलना करना मुश्किल होता है। उन सभी कारणों से उपभोक्ता सही विकल्पों का चयन करने में सक्षम नहीं हो पाता है।

सूचना संचार में पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने के लिए परामर्श पत्र के माध्यम से TRAI उपभोक्ता संरक्षण के नए उपायों की खोज करने की इच्छा रखता है, जैसे कि लागत की गणना का अनिवार्य प्रावधान, रिपोर्ट की गई टैरिफ और प्रकाशित टैरिफ के बीच अंतर को पाटने के लिए टैरिफ की यूनिक आईडी की शुरूआत, वेबसाइटों पर टैरिफ को दिखाने की एक निर्धारित रूपरेखा आदि। निम्नलिखित प्रश्न हितधारकों की टिप्पणियों के लिए प्रस्तुत किए जा रहे हैं। पूरा परामर्श पत्र TRAI की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है।

Why govt give 25% subsidy to msme applicant , instead of this , lower the rate of interest from 7-8 % to 4%-5% to ease the business. Internal security is nothing, only politicians are getting z security, we are not safe. Why IT act, sc st act and desh droh act is applied to common man only not on any politicians when they misconduct or misuse the laws Law minister should review the work of all fast track courts and other courts , why 3 crore cases are pending?

Why criminals are allowed to elect .? Why don't m.p and mla salary is under tax? Why dont politicians file ITR when they earn? Why politicians get 20000rs per month for telephone while idea jio is giving 3 month in 600 rs only? Why do political party's fund is gst and income tax free? It will increase the revenue of govt to serve the Poor's? Why govt impose gst on insurance deposits?

Most of the subsidy and other welfare scheme are scam. Inspite of so much budget allocation by govts , ground conditions are worst? People change the party and candidates in each level elections from sarpanch to parliament, but next is also more idle. People don't have good options. Corrupt politicians , worst conditions, full unemployment. 4. No focus on education, health, roads, water Just vote de do Same road is made many times in 5 years still it is in repairable conditions.

Now private sector, 1. fine and interest on idea, vodafone and airtel will reduce d competition in telecom sector and create jio monopoly. Trai and its officers should be enquired and fined for why they did not collect specturum fees from Pvt companies since 20 years , now fine it is an injustice 2. It will create unemployment in India. Genuine and honest businessman will be discouraged. 3. FDI is nothing ,we should focus on domestic production.
