Dear PM Sir, I hope full this project single platform & one solution to help to develop all cities as the Smart Cities. How ever the central government dream projects like Clean India, Digital India & Make in India will be truly implemented by this Smart City Framework through governments. Basic facilities like 24x7 water supply & energy, efficient urban mobility, good governance, ICT, safety etc. based on we will be implementing Common Service Centers, Nagarpalika Database Information System.

6.17.2 Unified Gas connection booking application/portal (currently there are separate applications per marketing company) - however it does not provide transparency. The gas agencies play corrupt practices by selling cylinders at higher rates and to commercial establishments. A transparent application need to be provided that will publish # cylinders supplied by distribution company to an agency and # gas cylinders booked and consumed by cylinders, (gas companies to use this to stop fraud)

6.11.4 Passport processes - There is improvement from earlier processes, where one can fill the form online. But why there is need to print the form and submit to Passport authority? All the user need to do is, fill an online form and submit. After submission, it should generate a very short 1 page printout with bare necessary information. User should print it, paste photo, sign on it and submit it to the authority.

6.11 Operational Reforms in procedures – of public Banking, agencies assisting public (like, passport, ration card, gas distribution, municipal corporation activities) More digitization and simplification of processes E.g. Any form that need to be filled, I should be able to fill on internet/mobile and submit. Wherever a signature is required, all citizen need to do is go the office with the internet form number. 6.10 Standard based commercial and residential Address system There is no consistency in the way people communicate address of their residences, commercial entities. A standardization need to be brought in. Probably its too complex for existing houses, entities to change. But going forward this can be changed (for locations that will come up in future)
