one of the smallest corruption in terms of amount but the biggest when we accumulate its figure is stamp paper corruption. 10 rs stamp paper is sold at 12 rs openly in market. if we digitalized stamp paper then we can stop corruption of stamp paper vendors. for this we can do two things first place a ATM type stamp paper vending machine in govt offices or court where we can purchase stamp paper by card or cash. second online purchase supported through card payment or online wallet payments

Recruitment and Promotion Policy of Public Sector Undertakings in particular is not updated every 5 years. This can be seen for example in ONGC, the R&P (Recruitment & Promotion) Policy was modified in 1980, whereas it has not been further modified even after 34 years. Further the DPC (Departmental Promotion Committee) marks in all promotions has affected the morale of the employees due to whims and fancies of the competent authority in all Public Sector Undertakings particularly in ONGC as seen by us for the past 32 years. Over and above the interview marks is also playing havoc to the fresh recruitees which should be abolished for fairness in selection.

CFLs should be replaced by LEDs in every singe home all o'er India. just think the advantages of them 1.nearly 35% energy will be in hand. 2.the demand of electricity will be less and duration will be more in every home. 3.Air pollution will decrease,as thermal power plant produce enough energy in 1 day which was instead in ,i think, 6-8 days. it deals costly. so we can handle it by exchnge offers, like exchange your CFLs with a LED and pay only 20% of its MRP or pay 70% and u can win gold.

A path will be formed only when number of people walk in the same way. likewise, accessibility to digital services can come only when the presence is made in rural areas. To make the presence, why not to encourage IT giants to encourage their work force to move to rural tier 2 or tier 3 cities. Create a Hub in tier2/3 cities, encourage the IT population to move back to their home town. This will encourage spreading the IT presence across and enable free flow of spending and cash flow in rural
