पिछले दो दशकों में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था ने वैश्वीकरण और उदारीकरण के काऱण, कई घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों को विशेष रूप से उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं और सेवाओं में विशाल घरेलू बाजार पर लक्षित व्यवसाय/व्यापार मॉडल के नए तरीके में निवेश करने के लिए तैयार हुई हैं। प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री इन विधियों में से एक है, जहां माल/सेवाएं उपभोक्ताओं को निर्माता/सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा सीधे बेचे जा रहे हैं। इसके लिए विभिन्न मॉडलों जैसे, मल्टी लेवल/नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग, डोर टु डोर सेलिंग, ऑनलाइन सेलिंग, टेली-शॉपिंग का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। यह कार्य प्रणाली नई और परंपरागत खुदरा दुकानों से अलग हैं।

इन मॉडलों के माध्यम से एक उचित नियामक ढांचे के अभाव में, उपभोक्ता की ओर से खुदरा, व्यापारी के मुद्दों, क्षेत्र का धीमा विकास आदि की शिकायत की जा सकती है।

Customer has right to get min level of service for which one pays. Most of the service providers confronted say what can u expect more for the money u hv paid. Most of service providers hv taken this approach to fool consumers. Give ex of Railways, Garib rath. Passenger after paying for bedding gets dirty & unwashed linen, knobs are missing from the doors, no water in the toilets, food is served unhygienically by unkept bearers.Services started for less privileged people doesn't mean this.

Consumers need to protected from evasive techniques service providers hv of extracting money & not providing service like call drops, data speed for net not provided, upload & download data for which consumer pays is shown consumed & if confronted they agree to release. Govt may hv to make rules by which every poor & uneducated consumer is protected & is aware of what to do. Internal grievance cell & consumer court cannot be easily approached by poor consumer, the adv of which the cos take.

In many items sold in stationary & other small items in india do not have MRP on that . Many shopkeepers take mis advantage & sell it on double rate than actual price . Government should make it mandertory to print MRP by actal manufacturer & not seller

there in problem in banking sector on issue of bounching of cheque due to insufficent balance and bank charges amoount from the receiver of cheque and not the issuer ..if it can be made reciprocal lots of traders can be benefited as peoples are making fools as they issue cheque even if they dont have sufficient funds.....traders need a big relief

Many e-commerce companies are not giving invoices against electronics products purchased through them. Recently I bought an i phone through e-bay for which no invoice was provided by the company and even on my request only "Order Copy" was provided. The set was also spurious/refurbised but more importantly I believe that state/central taxes are being avoided through such activities.The Central Govt. should look into such cases both from tax evasion and consumer protection perspective

I have suggestion by which Farmers can earn more money and consumers in city also save money by avoiding middleman . We have Govt schools in every town and locality which are generally closed on Saturday and Sunday. District Auth can facilitate to help farmers who can come with their produce and sell them on Weekends . Most of the middle class in cities and town does their shopping including vegetables and fruits on weekends. These produce jt will be win-win situation for farmers, People & Govt.

E commerce business should be regulated. They are cheating, I was one of the victim. Since I was strong fought and got back my right. Customers do not have access to the top management, in case of any issue. This should change. Now communication is possible through call centre, it should also provide access to top managament

Ha! My name Karthik, I have a thought for Clean Indai and as well as for Stronger Economy of India. My thought is every product should be mentioned its cost of packing for each with the M.R P. Because every company will spends on packing, We use it in smaller quantity when we use in smaller quantity its packing charge will be high then the product and when its finished the packing contains like cover, Bottle, paper and Ect is thrown to the garbage.

Worldwide Petrol & diesel prices are almost equal.The advaof subsidy on diesel price is enjoyed by city cars while it is only meant for inter state trucks & railways, airlines. Many countries including Germany have by & large overcome by selling coloured diesel only in the highways ie away from city limits, since trucks are suppose to run on interstate only. If car is found with colord diesel Strict action against car owner & gas stn shd be taken. It is not foolproof way but gap will reduce.
