If I purchase a shop at the cost of 5 lakh or 10 lakh then the shop should be mine permanently. Why I should give rent to the previous owner per month ? It is a ridiculous system. It means govt is permitting a owner to enjoy the ownership of land years after years and generation after generation. The system should be changed. If I buy a shop in the market then I should be the owner and I should not be charged any rent.

If I purchase a shop in the market at the cost of 5 lakh or 10 lakh or more then the shop should be mine permanently. Why I should again give rent to someone from whom I purchased the shop ? It is a ridiculous system. One purchase shop with huge money and he has to give rent per month. He may receive very less customer and make very less profit. Govt should amend this rule. Once I purchase a shop it should be mine. Why I should give rent ? Govt should change this rule.

Farmers are the real producers but their conditions are the most piteous. They sell their unadulterated products at a minimal rate but the retailers sells at high profit even after adulteration. Both producers as well as consumers are losers. regulations for direct selling to govt. be framed and as many scientific storage houses for such products be build. Equal selling prices throughout the nation be fixed. 'No middleman policy' be framed on selling agricultural products.

I will attract attention towards the floating rate of interest on home loans. Home is a basic need of a person. When he goes to the bank for a home loan he is attracted towards the floating rate of interest. But i believe it is not good as it looks. The banks increase the rate of interest when the base rate changes but the reverse is not true. The will not decrease as easily as they had increased. So when the base rate increases after some time you will find it more costly than the Fix roi.
