पिछले दो दशकों में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था ने वैश्वीकरण और उदारीकरण के काऱण, कई घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों को विशेष रूप से उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं और सेवाओं में विशाल घरेलू बाजार पर लक्षित व्यवसाय/व्यापार मॉडल के नए तरीके में निवेश करने के लिए तैयार हुई हैं। प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री इन विधियों में से एक है, जहां माल/सेवाएं उपभोक्ताओं को निर्माता/सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा सीधे बेचे जा रहे हैं। इसके लिए विभिन्न मॉडलों जैसे, मल्टी लेवल/नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग, डोर टु डोर सेलिंग, ऑनलाइन सेलिंग, टेली-शॉपिंग का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। यह कार्य प्रणाली नई और परंपरागत खुदरा दुकानों से अलग हैं।

इन मॉडलों के माध्यम से एक उचित नियामक ढांचे के अभाव में, उपभोक्ता की ओर से खुदरा, व्यापारी के मुद्दों, क्षेत्र का धीमा विकास आदि की शिकायत की जा सकती है।

Any e-commerce website should be answerable to the customer against any damage caused while shipping the goods.They should provide the products that must be equal to the prices available in the local markets of the country but not the very low price as it will affect the sellers in the country. Many of the e-commerce giants are providing products at cheaper prices but it is badly affecting on the price available in the local markets. So laws should be very strict especially in e-commerce sector

It is good industry to earn money for middle class and illiterates people.Direct selling industry helps to grow in terms of money for all kind of people.we can get financial & time freedom. It is the only business which has no any investment and creates employment opportunities,Direct Selling Industry is one of the best industry for all.Because you can use best quality products with less price then market price.So I have supported DIRECT SELLING BUSINESS.Indian government should encourage this.

This Direct selling is best suitable to the agricultural sector only. It may make a man entrepreneur but it make many unemployed. It aims towards the growth of a single man but the development should grow the economy of all the people in the society not the single person. It will very useful because India consist of many small farmers who are depending on loans. So, this should allow only small farmers as they should gain more money for their produce as they were much affected by the nature.
