There must be standardized code for quality and limit for quantity of advertisements as per type of media. There can be either separate allotment for anti-ads, where in anti-ads it should be described by experts, about what is wrong in a particular misleading ad, OR the ad can be totally banned in the media as per votes by SMS or on website for it to select a misleading ad. Other way is to have annual awards for misleading ads & its expense should be recovered from the ad owner.

Today any citizen do not want raise an alarm to law enforcement agencies because it is in our minds that registering an FIR will ultimately land us in trouble too. If registering an FIR could be as simple as sending an whatsapp message with an option to remain anonymous for public (not to law enforcement agencies), this will encourage us to report all wrong doings around us including misleading advertisements

Advertising policy of USA, UK, Russia and other developed countries should be studied and strict advertising policy should be imposed through act of parliament. These MNC by showing misleading advertisement and is siphoning the hard earned wealth of the nation by selling substandard products compared to developed nation. When they are using all resources of this country thr product cost should be less. On the top of that they are using the scrapped equipment and machinery of developed country.

Dear sir, The so called health products, such as Horlicks, Boost and Complan etc. the publicity through advertisements are and misleading, it is time to educate the public not to take such things, avoid them, and directed to take in fresh cow milk instead. Better Local state governments should take initiative in this regard. Doctors also advise people to go in right direction.
