कोई भी उपभोक्ता संबंधी अभियान उपभोक्ताओं की भागीदारी के बिना सफल नहीं हो सकता। देश के सभी नागरिक किसी-न-किसी तरह से उपभोक्ता हैं, इसलिए सभी नागरिकों से यह अपेक्षित है कि वह इन भ्रामक विज्ञापनों की पहचान कर इनसे निपटने के लिए प्रभावी उपाय सुझाएँ और भ्रामक विज्ञापनों के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे इस अभियान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अपने नवीनतम विचार और सुझाव साझा करें।

kindly curtail the occurrence of obscene & vulgar ads of esp deodorants which are being shown in intervals of news channels. Such ads can be shown during the intervals of late night movies/movie channels. Becoz of these ads, even news channels can not be viewed in front of elders/children or if domestic helper is around.

marketing sector is always under pressure due to stiff competition of same model of products. Companies are trying to sell their products in any way and cause misleading advertisements. Most of the people are not aware of quality of products and cheated by companies. People are not aware of Consumer form. Strengthen consumer forms give awareness to public.Medias are taking advertisements for money only and gives note they are not responsible for products.Give responsibility to medias too.

Dear Sir, The most misleading advertisements are about PAN MASALA, it should be treated same as cigarette, as cigarette advertisements are not allowed on TV and printed media, PAN MASALA add should not be allowed on printed and TV media. We all know it causes mouth cancer and lead to death but there are plenty of Pan Masalas are available and advertised on Television. Please stop these advertisements and ban their manufacturing.

sir first of all ban those news paper who gives fake advertisement in their newspaper like get job in HCL IBM without interview and any exam once i was trapped because of this fake advertisement News agency even do not verify those advertiser.Media is responsible for fake advertisement there must be a law for media that if without verifivcation they will give this type of advertisment in their news paper or channel they have to pay fine for this.

जहाँ आज देश अन्तरराष्ट्रीय शिक्षा की ओर देख रहा है वही देश मे शिक्षा का स्तर इतना नीचे गिरता जा रहा है कि आज इंडिया में डिग्री पान के दुकान मे भी मिलने लगा है और अंकुश लगाने वाले इकाई को दिखता भी है या नहीं पता नहीं। देश में बहुत सारे प्राइवेट उनिवेर्सिटी दूरस्थ माध्यम से और रेगुलर में बिना पढ़े पढ़ाये रूपये लेकर सरेयाम डिग्री बेच रहा है। जहां सरकार के द्वारा यह तय किया जा चुका है कि स्टेट यूनिवरसिटि अपने जूरीडिकसन से बाहर कोर्स नहीं चला सकता इसके वाबजुड़ बहुत सारे स्टेट यूनिवरसिटि लगातार अपने

Dear Sir/Madam, All advertisements should be registered onlinely from government website and then a registration number is given to that particular advertisement maker . Before giving registration number, a team of members is made and they should watch or read his/her advertisement and after watching advertisement, advertisement maker should be given unique registration number for 3 years. Then, we can prevent from misleading advertisements in television channels or newspapers.
