Sir, Educational institute are not supermarket, education have to acquire and not for sale. So all Educational institutes have to nationalized by Govt. we have to create good teachers or students and our aims should be clean and clear and not to create good teacher salesman/good marketing teacher who is sailing the name of an Institute with false promises.

Advanced countries have excellent model of partnership between private/public sector industry and educational institutions. The partnerships run for research, design, improvements and quality of the industrial success. In return the industry funds these institutes. The industry has an international norm to spend at least 2% of their turnover in R&D. whcih the industry in India rarely does. Therefore it must be made mandatory for industry to fund research activities and Education.

Many private institutions are doing wonders in the eduction system. For example DAV Public Schools run more thn 7000 schools & colleges in the country. They have their own publications and an excellent system of education and child overall development. This could be nationalized and used to guide the government institutions. Many large industry run their own colleges and private institutions that have excellent models. These could be used to improve education across the country.

As per the accounts of state government the amount spent on each student in govt school is 27000. But still we could not get good quality. If the govt can get the participation from private they can give better quality in lesser expenditure. As a school administrator I have noticed the decling quality of govt schools.Govt seriously think and act accordingly. If we improve the quality of education in govt schools we can achive real literacy. Dr.M.P.Saravanan

Bring some new programs to fund the educational institutions and startups jointly (like STTR http://www.sbir.gov/about/about-sttr in US). Some programs on funding internships in startups will also be useful. Consultancy should be encouraged in research institutions so that students while working on their "projects" can work on real industry sponsored projects

Real talented students from poor and middle class people can not take a load of education expense due to private education and at last they stop their education which is real loss of nation. So from my point of view following are the suggestions 1. Govt must to maintain Govt and private institute ration to give equal opportunity to poor peoples who stop their education due to higher education expenses 2. Govt spend more money on increasing the standard of primary and secondary Teachers

There should be uniform policy of syllabus in all universities across all over India. There should be check on private colleges or unaided/aided colleges by the team for providing proper infrastructure and labs and recruitment of qualified teachers. There should be audit of each thing in these public or private universities and its affiliated colleges. There should not be affiliation/acreditation of the college which is not following the norms of higher education.
