गैर-व्यक्तिगत डेटा गवर्नेंस फ्रेमवर्क पर विचार विमर्श करने के लिए श्री क्रिस गोपालकृष्णन की अध्यक्षता में विशेषज्ञों की एक समिति का गठन 13.09.2019 को OM No. 24 (4) 2019- CLES के अंतर्गत किया गया था। समिति ने अपनी रिपोर्ट का मसौदा तैयार किया जिसपर सार्वजनिक प्रतिक्रिया/सुझाव 13 सितंबर 2020 तक मांगी गई थी। सार्वजनिक प्रतिक्रिया/सुझावों के आधार पर, विशेषज्ञ समिति ने अपनी पिछली रिपोर्ट को संशोधित किया है और जनता के लिए दूसरे दौर का एक संशोधित मसौदा रिपोर्ट तैयार किया गया है। प्रतिक्रिया/सुझाव फीडबैक समिति को रिपोर्ट को अंतिम रूप देने में मदद करेगी।
