India is a country having a large demographic dividend but still we are not able to exploit it properly. Jobless growth is still a problem for us. My suggestion is to first identify those kind of jobs in foreign countries where our indian boys could be employed after providing some skill in our country. For this state need to open some skill institution where training would be given and after that work visas to be given to them. Indian Embassies should start language learning classes for them.

Sir I would like to suggest you to increase the age limit in the govt examinations specially for the banking sector as the age limit in clerks is 28 increase it to 30 and in PO its 30 increase it to 35.As this will give a lot of hope and chances to people like us who are striving very hard for a better living and will benefit a lot of people and help in curbing unemployment and will generate a lot of revenue for the govt as well as for the organizations.Sir hope this platform works.

The worst case has been in the IT sector. As the IT companies based in US, Europe and other countries have been offering higher packages, better living standards and option to work overseas, the youth today gets attracted towards such lucrative offers and is encouraged to leave the country.

1.Enhance job and research opportunities for UG/PG students. 2.Students who are have specializations in different branches of engineering like B.Tech MECHANICAL with spl. in ENERGY engineering etc must be given importance. At present,no job opportunities are there even for very bright students. This issue must be solved quickly, which otherwise will show effect in long term.

1. Please abolish all types of Reservations. Which is poisonous to the country. 2.Reduce Imports, Primary is the CRUDE OIL.And reinvest same amount in the country in the Research Organizations working on Renewable Energy(Definitely Not on Nuclear Energy) 3. You can reduce brain-drain and enhance research simultaneously: 1. Make 1 year NSS compulsory for all graduates. penultimate year. 2. Need based reservations. Those who need should apply and relief in the form of jobs or fee subsidy, especially for higher studies. 3. Open year round recruitment in PSU esp for laterals. Stop separate exams for each. 4. Increase Research Fellow positions, at least 10 times along with salary (at par with industry).

Most of the candidates seeking jobs are spending thousands of moneys in coaching centres and for purchase of competitive exam guides. but those coming under same rank, some are given priority in jobs and some are losing chance which cause high disappointment to the meritorious. caste is not a false of a being. Being a secular a state, all are equal before laws remain in black and white only.

Brain-drain happens due to shortage of chances to meritorious candidates. Even after 65 years of republic, the reservation policy for job opportunities is still followed. candidates coming under same grades are not getting equal chances. Those belong to reservation catagories get priority and those scoring the same grades are listed in the last, because of the only reason that they are not under the reservation catagories.
