When india will see increase in students from different parts of the world and the next can we become the destination of upbringing those students from the world who are falling behind ?

hello friends, Brain drain is very common and widely discussed topic. I want to divert the attention of my government on the issue of brain sicking in India, every year lakhs of brilliant students appear in PSU exams to get job, after facing a tough competition they got a PSU job, after joining PSUs brain sicking started place. Many of those PSUs are sick or on the verge of closing, what is the future of that brilliant student got this job after stiff competition.

1.Low Salary, 2.Lack of Employee Friendly Environment means Very-Strong HR Department, 3.Deploy for Smart & Skill work than Labour,

Just one way to stop it.. IT WILL WORK LIKE MAGIC !!! STOP RESERVATIONS.. THATS THE CAUSE FOR BRAIN DRAIN..50% RESERVATION !!! STUDENTS DONT GET SEATS HERE.. APPLICABLE IN ALL MAJOR SECTORS LIKE MEDICINE,ENGINEERING ETC.. REDUCE IT TO 15- 20 %.. AND INDIA WILL SHOW PROGRESS LIKE ANYTHING!!!

There are many causes of brain drain, most of which have already been stated. These causes are interconnected by one major illness: corruption. If we could eliminated corruption from our society, we could solve nearly ALL these problems in one swoop. One possible way is to switch from physical currency to electronic currency. This will definitely beat corruption. That EVERY citizen DOES NOT have a bank account is the biggest hurdle to achieving eCurrency.

In state Universities, please look into the appointments of faculty in recent years. A candidate with five years of experience, UGC NET, MPhill, Ph.D, additional qualification not called for interview itself. They appointed Master Degree with M.Phil fresh candidate. If it continues a well educated will go to other country. Filter should remove poor quality but here ????? Please look into it.
