And when it comes to the snow clearance form roads, Mostly JCB's (Buldozers) are used to do the task, instead of snow clearner vehicles. JCB's are not suitable because they ruin Macdimized roads and that costs crores from exchequer for making the same road. Prevention is better than cure, Lot of money can be saved if Proper number of Snow clearance vechicles are avaiable and not only the existing roads will long last, new raods can be construct it will be a win win situation for both adminstration and common people. Sir, I have a humble suggestion. The Government of India may start a scheme a under. Children from Below Poverty Line category can be given a monetary incentive of Rs 50/- per day for attending the school daily. The attendance can be linked with their Aadhar card Biometrics. Payment can be made monthly to their Parents. However no payment to be made for the days when the child is absent. In this manner our country can avoid child labour because then the parents will ensure their child goes to school because he becomes an earning member of the family. The experts in your office can put their minds to this scheme. Sir, pardon me if it is unviable because I do not have the data of numbers involved. I understand the numbers might be on a humungous scale but if it is possible then in next 15 years our country can become 100 % literate. Finally, these children full of gratitude to the nation may contribute to the country's progress by becoming Scientist, Doctors, Engineers Entrepreneurs, etc
