A suggestion..... Please shift to the system of GPS enabled logsheet billing for Hired vehicles in Govt. Departments autonomous bodies and PSU,s.. Misuse of Govt. Vehicle for personal use is rampant .. Just think about the no of vehicles running in Govt.Depts everyday. Burden on exchequer can be reduced significantly by simply restricting misuse

Before charging the level of service,constraints and delivery issue should be semantically same.If road cess is charged but the condition of roads are worse, I will object charges.
