Establishment of Knowledge Networks for diasporas in various domains is one of the key aspects in bridging Overseas Indians with the developments in our country. The present approach of scientific and industrial agencies in our country needs to be greatly modified to form an active collaboration with these knowledge networks.

Organise events throughout the year ,year after year to keep the good work continued and keep all involved all the time. You have a large number of people to contact and keep on honouring and aprreciating them till you complete the cycle.Appeal to their better side ,tell them how proud you are of their achievements and how you would appreiciate their contribution to the country of their origin. You can appeal to them to do something for their native areas where they or their ancesstors were born.

Pravasi Bhartiya Divas should not be a one day event. It should be a constant affair where in people should be contacted throughout the year by professionals dedicated to the cause of motivating the NR'Is to invest in social, educational, medical and environ causes and also invest in commercial and business projects. They should be approached with complete viable proposals and selected individuals should be continuously honoured and touched with humanism through a mechanism to keep them involved.

1.We must have a data base of pravasi bhartiyas.2. We should have a data base of their economic status.3.The ones who have the resources to invest in India should be approached with a plan for such investment and they should be assured of all possible help and the promises should be fulfilled4..Deploy professionals to take this up as a project 5. Each individual has a special corner in his/her heart for his/her native place,he/she should be encouraged to invest there.

Congratulations on Poll results. In US colleges students have the opportunity to travel during summer and work on projects all over the world. Colleges provide for some/all funds for such activities. Indian origin students would benefit by traveling to Indian colleges, industries, rural projects, political governance, engineering, finance management etc. Why not have a team dedicated to interact with major colleges and seek areas of cooperation. Would be happy to discuss more (limited space).

Indian Post & Telegraph with almost a half a million employee strength, massive infrastructure, assets and in-depth rural penetration can be one organisation, which could be run more professionally as a corporate entity. It can be a very good logistic support for e-commerce companies, as well as a tax collection agency.

With so many cases pending for trials et al and at the same time with so many unemployed but qualified legal professionals, why our judicial system cannot work in atleast two shifts? They will use the same infrastructure but while it will create lot of employment, it will speed up the judicial process as well.

"Lead by example" is an order of the day. With immensely less rate of convictions, what general Indian populace experiences is that the more we break the law, the higher you reach in society. This has led to utter disregard for the law. If the leader lead the way by demonstrating their intent to abide by the laws, Indians are good followers. There should be come Award constituted for the Leaders to acknowledge their Law abiding efforts and highlighted as well.
